I really thought about not leaving a review, but I think it's important owners know what is going on in their practice. I made an apt online and received the forms. I could not get one of the forms to work so I called and they said I could come in early and fill out the forms. Great. Later that day a woman called from the office and stated that was incorrect. Came in for a simple cleaning, they asked for my insurance which I provided them. This is the first time in this year, so they had to update my info. They stated they my insurance didn't start till 2027, which is obviously a simple mistake. Instead of even offering a few choices, the lady grunted and handed me back my card and didn't say anything else. I was like, I could just pay until this is resolved, such a simple thing. Terrible service after more than 8 years of going there. Never go back.
