Changed business life
Today I called looking for some Q-Cell surfboard filler. The gentlemen who answered the phone was probably one of the best examples of true customer service I have experienced to date. With an instant understanding of the project he was able to remind me that q-cell is a brand name. The material is just micro balls. MICRO BALLS! And wouldn't ya know it! I just happened to have a bottle in my garage. He did all of this, after he explained his company did not have what I needed. Outstanding! Almost miraculous!
