Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my NT scan appointment today. This was my second visit to your clinic, and both scans were performed by the same sonographer. We had our first visit to Sunraysia Radiology in Mildura for a pregnancy scan, and the experience was excellent. We arrived about 10 minutes before our appointment time, checked in, and were settled quickly. We waited around 10–15 minutes before being called into the scan room, and then only about another 5 minutes before the technician arrived. Dave, the sonographer, was fantastic.
