I needed an eyeglass frame repair (I stepped on them, really mangling them but not breaking the lens) and he did an excellent job repairing it. The manager and I had very pleasant conversation while he was working. Southern hospitality at its best!
No more customer service
Thank you Scott for taking the time helping me this morning. I would recommend your business to anyone who needs optical care or just a new pair of glasses. My wife gave the new glasses a thumbs up.
We’ve bought sun glasses from here twice. They are super friendly and not pushy.
Bought sunglasses abs they broke within 4 days went to get help to fix or replace them and got terrible customer service. Never once asked if they could help with the worenty. Just told me that was my only option. Never again
