This company was taking care of the pool on my property while it was for sale and the pool looked nice. Once I bought the house we took over maintaining the pool ourselves. We later had a house fire and had to move to temporary housing. Unable to be at the house regularly there was a lot of sediment building up in the bottom of the pool. Mr. S******* did call and express issues with having dust and sediment in the pool. I did tell him that there was no dust or sediment visible in the pictures. I agreed with him that the angle didn't show the entire deep end where he said the sediment was being left un-vacuumed. I assured him that I would have the tech vacuum the pool and start taking the pictures from the other end of the pool so that the entire bottom would be visible. I have had the BEST experience with this company and both of the service providers that have come to my parent's home have been more than excellent. GREAT customer service & our pool is always crystal clear. Highly recommended!
