Mike gave us a great experience. He was knowledgeable of the whole process, communicated very clearly and was patient with us as we asked a lot of questions. He also checked in constantly to make sure it was going smoothly and we closed with ease and love our new home. Thanks for an easy and smooth process Sunray.

Well, where to start. I try to always give people the benefit of the doubt, but in this situation it's hard not to say nothing. We were promised many things that never came true. We were told we would get a certain rate and close on a certain date, never happened. When Michael couldn't deliver on his promises, he just decided not to answer calls or even return calls.I finally had to email another employee there to even get a response from him. I had such a great experience working with Sunray Mortgage. Michael, the loan officer provided his undivided attention at all times, answered his phone and always knew how to brighten my day. He was a great communicator and made the process much more understandable! I would recommend to all family and friends!
