Highly recommend Sunray Marine! Worked with Tom at the Holiday store and he was great. Very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and no pressure. We came by several times and he was always there to answer questions, show us the different models and help us make an informed selection. Would definitely do business with them again.
Sunray Marine, Service and Sales, Holiday,FL is absolutely amazing. From Bob Mischler in sales to Jeff and Mark in service, we encountered nothing but professionalism and integrity. We have had many boats over the years, so we were not new to the process, or easily impressed. I checked them before inquiring, and found an A+ rating at BBB, which is without question earned and deserved.
I have used several different marine service companies in the Tampa Bay area and the experience I have had with Sunray Marine Service is by far the best. All I can say is that their attention to the customer's needs is equally matched by their high level of expertise. I rate them as excellent in all categories. Jeff, the service manager, is the best person I have dealt with in the 24 years that I have been a boat owner. They will get all my service and repair business in the future.
BEWARE! DECEPTIVE...recently bought brand new boat here..UNFORTUNATELY...promised several times full tank of gas detail with purchase...didn't get either when I talked to Robert the owner...he could have cared less and said if gas wasn't written on contract he wouldn't make good even though two employees were there for negatiations. Tech dropped a tool fixing the gel coat that wasn't right (on my two week old boat) he tried to blame it on a cooler saying it was us even though the indention was an exact Rachett print!!! We recently purchased a boat from Sunray Marine. Bob took care of us. It was wonderful - he stood in the background waiting for us to want to ask a question. He was not pushy gave us our space when we needed to talk it over in private. Now that is a great sales person. This company treated us wonderful during the purchase of our boat, paid attention to details took care of just about anything we needed. Just plain rude sales people. They scoff at cash, educated buyers. They send abusive texts to customers when they don't buy on the spot on a sunday, on the first visit. People need time to make a decision on a boat. For anyone interested i have saved and am posting the dealers text messages anywhere they are welcome. Please run far away from this dealer.
Kent in sales and Jeff in service could not have been any better. Even after the sale was made they fixed a few small things on the boat for me. They also took me on the water and showed me how how to launch the new boat. My experience with Sunray marine was great and they went above and beyond for me. It`s a very honest place if your looking for a new or used boat.
