RecommendedThe customer service we experienced at Sunray Marine was amazing! Everyone is very knowledgeable and up front with us. Their service department was able to diagnose and fix an issue we had been having with our starter that other mechanics could not figure out. They were great!
Just bought my first boat from Sunray Marine and couldn't be happier. Kristen was great through the whole process, very helpful and knowledgeable about the boat. She was also great after I made my decision with helping get the boat setup the just the way I wanted with GPS and trolling motor. With this being my first boat, they were also super helpful in showing me all the features, how to launch and trailer it, and giving me plenty of tips. I've had a great experience with them and definitely recommend.
The new owners Jason and Bill are truly focuses the customer before and after the purchase of a boat! The sales people Drew and Ken plus Kristen are great... Keep up the good work.
It is easy to earn a 5 star rating when everything is new and perfect. That being said this is not how they earned my rating. There were some issues prior to taking delivery of a brand new boat that strictly had to do with the manufacturer. They bent over backwards to keep my business. Ken Robertson and the owners of this establishment kept their promises to me. Given the situation and result they earned every star from me!
Professional, knowledgeable, and just overall good people to do business with. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Sunray Marine! Worked with Tom at the Holiday store and he was great. Very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and no pressure. We came by several times and he was always there to answer questions, show us the different models and help us make an informed selection. Would definitely do business with them again.
