You are better off watching a YouTube video on how to polish concrete and trying it yourself than hiring this company, and Andrew the owner. This guy was hired to polish the concrete floors of a new home we were building in Ybor City. After the first pass, the floor looked decent and the owners and he agreed that he would come back at the very end of the project to do a quick buff on them to make them shine.
