I’m giving a 3 star because it would average out the counseling vs the billing department. The counselor we had was absolutely amazing, but unfortunately she had to stop counseling for health reason. The billing department gets a 1 star because they are absolutely out of their element. Trying to get them to bill the proper insurance agency, to the proper address was ridiculous.
