Poor comprehension skills! Why would I use a company that can’t follow simple instructions. Seems like a basic need from someone that would be doing the work that this company provides. Imagine telling them you want the house blue and they paint it green due to the poor comprehension skills this team lacks. There’s a sign right above the doorbell that states not to leave your garbage (because it goes straight to the trash after the photos) on my porch, yet here it is. Royce did a great job. He followed all the installation rules with James Hardie. He was flexible and has a good eye for detail. He was great about giving us plenty of options with our door, and fixed some work previous contractors did incorrectly that was causing some problems for us.
