Scott and the entire crew knew what I wanted for my daughter 2016 Jeep Patriot. We have had this car since it was new and with my daughter moving out west wanted a more up to date radio and system. The recommended JVC system was a great buy and had exactly what I was looking for. Scheduled an appointment was easy and installation was great, looks like a factory installed system. My daughter response, dad this is better than getting a new car! Thanks to all for a job well done!
I couldnt give anymore than 5 stars when i wish i could give 100 stars. No matter what i have needed for my truck this company has gone above and beyond for me and my husband. I got a system put in and a lift with tires and rims with tint and no matter what has happened from my tint having a whole to my system acting crazy and going out or not working they have come through each and ever time fixing it for me. For my Ford Ranger I have purchased a ‘Revolver’ bed cover and side steps. Product quality, installation, and customer service have been excellent. After 4 years, the bed cover, although great quality and looks, finally succumbed to the extreme temperatures this summer and the adhesives began to fail. Thomas looked at the situation and brought to my attention that this was a warranty issue, and that Sound FX would handle the process.
