I used their affiliated Company, BUILDPRO, which shares the same business address. New roof installed. Sloppy work. Poor communication. Don’t expect the work to be tailored to your site. It will be done the same way they always do it, in the quickest and least expensive manner possible. If that works for your situation, that's great. If it doesn't, that's too bad. You can probably expect the same business model from SUNPRO.

I left the following review on google. I’m not one to complain, but I will hold people accountable for the services promised. My wife and I were so excited to invest in solar panels. Sunpro was the first company we talked to. We talked to multiple different companies but kept coming back to Sunpro because of how professional and knowledgeable our sales rep was. Their service is pathetic, hard to get ahold sells rep after signing contract. Hard to reach account manager, site manager. Damaged home and electrician performed poor service in cleaning up after service. I would not refer their service to anyone.

Its been 2 months since my solar panels were installed. They were installed on the wrong side of the house. They have not remedied that situation. No energy saving plan or light bulbs as promised. Still not even hooked up to the grid. Customer service has said numerous times that they will call back and they never do.

sunpro solar,,set up appointment times and did not show or call,when contacted they said oh sorry,and made a new timeand sure enough missed that one too,no show or call till contacted,,piss poor customer service..not very reliable,,told them forget it ,must not want my buisness!!! they just wasted my time,,from reading reviews,must not have it togeather in fl

The entire team has been great. I didn't realize how big this company in. I started my sales process with Ernestina, she followed up and did what she said she wound do. Tom ******, the regional manager was also great. Had a couple speed bumps along the way in which he personally handled. He gave me his cellphone and said call him anytime with any concerns.
