I filled out their form on their website to get a free quote, texted them twice and even called their office to try to get in contact with them for the past few days. I haven’t gotten a response back for several days. Communication skills are lacking from this company
David's voice message service says to text him for the best response. I texted multiple times before getting a response. He texted a quote and indicated an e-contract would be forthcoming. It never came and he has never replied to my many follow-up texts. I hope you have better luck with him. It looks like he does good work BUT I don't know how he maintains 5-stars with such terrible communication and follow-up. He totally blew us off.
