My strong recommendation is DO NOT ENGAGE this guy as not trustable and disappear after take your deposit. I struggle to get in touch with them last almost 4months and not reachable even office number and sale person.
Avoid this company! Avoid this company!!Same issue as below complaints, was promised a February install. Mutiple calls, emails and yes I even drove to both listed addresses nothing. Asked for a face to face at the office as Jimmy told the international staff member that he would have someone meet me there, almost 2 weeks later nothing. I have asked for my deposit back and now have contacted consumer affairs. It also looks like they have paid for reviews to boost the company up. Avoid avoid avoid!
I had a terrible experience with SunPower. This feels like a completely fake agency. They do not install anything themselves, yet they took a $700 deposit from me almost four months ago and delivered nothing. Communication has been extremely poor — they barely respond. My mum is a pensioner! She wants her $700 refunded immediately Sam. This is honestly a disgusting way to run a business. I strongly advise anyone considering them: do not spend your money here and do not trust this company.
I’ve signed the solar and battery contract and paid with deposit on 2nd week of November and he promised will install the system before Xmas. After nearly 3 months I’m still waiting for the installation date, I’ve tried so many times to call the salesman and the office either no one answered or someone said will get back to me but they never did. The office address advertised on the website is not exist. There’s something wrong with this company anyone wants to do business with them needs to be careful.
My friend suggested Sunpower Solar Solutions and I’m glad I listened. They were transparent with pricing, no hidden charges and installation was done very neat. Power generation is better than what I assumed. Good company for solar setup.
