AVOID!!! All recent reviews show the same pattern, individual going around with fake name of 'Jimmy' to provide solar products. No existing office at the address. I have encountered 2 to 3 other people over the phone working together with him who said the same lies, "we will do the installation soon/nearby future". Jimmy came to my home to discuss the installation and promised to have it done at the end of 2025 and asked me to pay the deposit - which I did. NO INSTALLATION COMPLETED. BEWARE- Never do business with them! SUNPOWER Solar Solutions is beyond a joke after 6 months no service or product provided. I was ghosted after the deposit was made, they never once returned my calls or responded to my emails. I also lodged a transaction dispute request and the business did not respond to the bank. ACCC needs to review them!
SUNPOWER SOLA SOLTIONS WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT AND RUN AND WILL RETURN ANY CALLS OR EMAILS I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 3 MONTHS SENT 20 EMAILS AND 20 PHONE CALLS AND THE WILL NOT RESPOND SO I THINK THEY ARE A RIP OFF DONT DEAL WITH THEM .
My strong recommendation is DO NOT ENGAGE this guy as not trustable and disappear after take your deposit. I struggle to get in touch with them last almost 4months and not reachable even office number and sale person.
Avoid this company! Avoid this company!!Same issue as below complaints, was promised a February install. Mutiple calls, emails and yes I even drove to both listed addresses nothing. Asked for a face to face at the office as Jimmy told the international staff member that he would have someone meet me there, almost 2 weeks later nothing. I have asked for my deposit back and now have contacted consumer affairs. It also looks like they have paid for reviews to boost the company up. Avoid avoid avoid!
