We installed our solar systems on two houses with SunPower 5 years ago and my rating here does not relate to the equipment, but to the customer service and support they provide (or DO NOT provide) It is impossible to get a hold on Customer Service, they make you wait for almost an hour and then disconnect, simple as this. We have 2 cases that have been waiting solving for months, and the cases are still open. We had panels installed on two of our homes. We were offered rebates of $500 on both installments. On the second home we received a visa card for only $250. On top of that, our 8 ft ladder was taken by one of the crew members. Both the other $250 and ladder were promised to us from the sales man; after six months I stopped trying. Horrible customer service Eli.

If I could give 0 stars and still be able to write a review I would. Sun Power is a horrible company and I highly do not recommend! We had our panels installed in May and it worked for 1 whole month! From June till Nov we had to pitch a fight to finally get a new system put in. Which was a week ago. Took from June to the middle of Nov to have a new box put in. Also, during the wait they were still charging us for the broken Box and still to this day has not reimbursed us from June to Now. So we were paying for TEP along with... read more

My system is 10 years old and I had to repair leaks over the past few years. Recent inspection shows tubing rotting away. Now need to replace all 10 of the coils.
