Horrible customer service. My refinancing is delayed because of no customer service, I've sent countless urgent requests for documentation required by the lender. No response. I've waited on hold for hours, no response. This lack of customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Sunpower should be bending over backwards trying to provide assistance to customers. The worst company I've ever experienced. They don't even deserve 1 star!
Thanks for leaving all your customers high and dry. Doing business with Sunpower is the biggest regret of my life!
Stay way from this company, im in the process of selling my home and waiting for while they should get it moving, i called them in and transferred me over to a different dept and i was wait literally for 2 hours on the phone!!!! I hipe they r going out of business !
OK, here’s my update. Tech showed up and while walking in, before seeing my system, told me I will need to upgrade in order for my system to communicate. He wouldn’t connect a laptop to the system to try to try reconnect as the phone representatives told me to do. He told me it wouldn’t cost me anything if I’m on contract… system is paid for so I do not have a contract. He agreed that it just needs to get onto my WiFi it didn’t have the tools, ability, or desire to do it. I will NOT pay for this visit nor will I pay the almo... read more
