Worst customer service if you can even call it that. Heard the operator typing but he/she wouldn’t speak. Finally had to hang up.
Absolutely scamming business practices. When they bought out Sunnova they now report debt to credit bureaus and do not honor your original contract. Do not fall prey to this company.
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET A COPY OF MY SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR ALMOST A MONTH! IVE FAXED EVERYTHING THEY HAVE ASKED FOR TO 4-5 DIFFERENT AGENTS! MY LAWYER HAS DONE THE SAME! I'M TRYING TO SELL MY HOME AND A BANKRUPT COMPANY STANDS IN MY WAY! SHAME ON YOU!
Horrible customer service. My refinancing is delayed because of no customer service, I've sent countless urgent requests for documentation required by the lender. No response. I've waited on hold for hours, no response. This lack of customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Sunpower should be bending over backwards trying to provide assistance to customers. The worst company I've ever experienced. They don't even deserve 1 star!
Thanks for leaving all your customers high and dry. Doing business with Sunpower is the biggest regret of my life!
