After buying my system in 2009 and using Advanced Solar to install it Advanced Solar went out of business without any notification. They did not send in the proper documents to show proof of purchase or monitoring so when my inverter stopped working this month Sept. they claimed they had no record of my unit. After the Solar panel was installed, it leaked. After the last phone call, it has been several months without any response.Terrible service. Due to their reasons, my roof has not been able to be replaced,The roof leaks and is covered with mold. ======Update======= I contacted you guys a few months ago, and you guys offered me an offer of $2900 for reinstallation (your mistake, let me bear the loss), and then let me wait, but I never received any reply from you guys, which led to the roof Can't be replaced
