We have had sun power for over a year, and are very satisfied not only with the product, but the support staff - particularly ******* ******. I must admit, I was having a problem with their support function as I was talking to an individual in Puerto Rico. Sunpower by renewal energy electric is amazing. They did everything they said they would. They also were available every time I had a concern or question. The employees on the phone were always something pleasant and the people that came to my house for install and set up were more like family than someone just installing solar on my house. This company is amazing.
I purchased my solar panels back in 2013 from Renewable Energy Electric. From the first day this company, each and every employee, has gone above and beyond for me. I tend to worry over large investments, whenever a small thing goes beep... I call. Every single time, my issues were handled quickly & efficiently and with such amazing customer care :) I cannot recommend these folks enough. I checked out so many companies before deciding... We had our panels installed by ********* ******* who went out of business due to the bureaucrats in Carson City and ** ******* I am pretty sure that since day 1 we have only been operating on 16 out of the 26 panels that we were paying for.
