I decided to try PES for my new solar system repair company - replacing an installer that went out of business.Turned out to be a classic case of responsibility and process. PES made good. They produced a solution to amend the situation. For that, I am most grateful. And glad a new SOP has been enacted due to this experience. NOTE: I will not hesitate to contact PES for future solar support. All done, a very enlightning and memorable experience for me. T-G
