My experience with them is not good. They were helpful at just the beginning, but I am still waiting to hear a call back since last December 2023. No one calls you back, gives answers, or answers to emails. When you do get a call back, apparently the questions you do have cannot be answered by them because supposedly they do not deal with those inquiries. One star, only because a zero is not an option. Installation and completion of new solar panels was problematic due to not utilizing mounting hardware per approved plans. All this was after a complete reroof. Z brackets were utilized instead of what was on the plans. Concrete roof tiles were not notched to accommodate together Z-brackets leaving the tiles sitting high in many places. After many complaints they finally notched the tiles. So many reasons why I WOULD NOT recommend this solar company to others. At first it seemed to be rainbows, sunshine and perfect promises. Then it turned out too good to be true. They are impossible to contact and take weeks to get ahold of when we found a leak due to the rain season. They show up to your house unannounced on their own time and do not care whether it is a good time or not to fix what needs to get fixed.
