Really happy with the experience from beginning to end. The whole process took around 2.5 months, and the team made everything super smooth. I was kept in the loop throughout from the initial paperwork to all the necessary approvals. On installation day, the crew was great. They took their time making sure the panels were aligned properly, and all the wiring was clean and tucked away. Special thanks to Derek for staying on top of everything and making sure I had all the info and support I needed.
Impressed with the experience from start to end. From start to end, it took about 2.5 months to complete and the team made it painless. I was informed of the status of all the application filings, etc. along the way. On the day of the install, the crew that installed the panels was very detailed. They lined up the panel neatly but most importantly made sure all the wiring were tucked away nice. Big shout to Derek for keeping on top of it and made I had everything I need.
Stay away from this company they are the worst. terrible experience. I paid for a specific item and they did not deliver what I paid for. when time to deliver can’t find anyone to contact. I had to call kemtech direct to get answers. But please stay away. The system has been up for almost 3 months and stil not actived as yet. The worst company. Stay away please
Great customer service and the job was done quickly. There were some hiccups along the way. But thats expected. However everything was handled properly and my liaison Kayla made sure everything was done to my preference. I was well taken care of and will definitely refer others to them!
