The way they do their billing is from the stone ages. I can’t believe the government allows them to screw customers this way.. The look for every reason to charge your fee. Please go bankrupt
There does not seem to be any way to get ahold of anyone in customer service. Our monthly bill is double what we agreed to in our contract and we cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service. We have called 5 times and over 4 hours on hold total. We sent 3 messages in app and an email to customer service. The auto messaging system on the phone hung up on us on our last call after an hour and 45 minutes and said to call back when the office is open… they were open for another hour and a half… we called back right away and w... read more
Pathetic customer service that has no clue what is going on. Even after calling, chatting and sending emails I have not been able to get my panel reinstalls scheduled earlier than 3 months. Case manager has no time to find out what is going on and hard to really get a meaningful help other than updates that someone is looking into the case. Clueless service...
