There does not seem to be any way to get ahold of anyone in customer service. Our monthly bill is double what we agreed to in our contract and we cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service. We have called 5 times and over 4 hours on hold total. We sent 3 messages in app and an email to customer service. Pathetic customer service that has no clue what is going on. Even after calling, chatting and sending emails I have not been able to get my panel reinstalls scheduled earlier than 3 months. Case manager has no time to find out what is going on and hard to really get a meaningful help other than updates that someone is looking into the case. Clueless service...

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been trying to schedule a removal of my solar panels in order to get my roof repaired it has been taking almost two weeks to schedule. I call every day and the sunpower company has no ability to let me just schedule the work directly with an authorized dealer. Still no scheduled date to remove the panels. I would definitely never recommend this company to anyone I know because of their horrible customer service.
