HOA management is horrible, they refuse to come out and fix a repair needed on the outside of the building even after 2+ years. Seems like HOA just wants money from their fees without maintaining anything.

Rating based off of unit while shopping for a home. Unit looked at needed a makeover. Pictures taken for MLS sites made it look immaculate. Nice 2 story layout with rear balcony (uncovered). Nice covered parking spot. If the unit was repainted, had clean windows, and had a inviting scent, I'm sure it would have made my list for possible purchase. Unfortunately, it feel really short of pics shown on sites.
