Great service, no nonsense explanations and timely and neat work. Unlike other services it was super easy and straight forward to get Sunpak to quote and complete the works for us. No issues with our hot water system at all now.
Ben and Hamish were able to provide same-day service call out which was a great surprise. They were then able supply and install a new heat pump the very first thing the next business day which was fanastic for a family of four without hot water. I highly recommend Ben and Sunpak.
Very easy to deal with, they were not pushy, explain the different hot water systems. Returned all inquires within a reasonable timeframe. Installer was very professional, polite and cleaned mess up after installation. Will differently recommend SUNPAK for Hot Water systems
