Ben was great to deal with from start to finish. He came out to assess the space, took the time to listen to what we wanted, and gave us some really helpful recommendations on the best options for our setup. When our old heat pump died, he was quick to get things moving and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really happy with the new spa heat pump and the overall service.
We had an EvoHeat EVO270-E hot water heater pump installed in March 2026 to replace our two instant gas hot water systems. We dealt with Ben from SunPak Hot Water on the Sunshine Coast. From the initial quotes, on-site inspection and subsequent advice Ben provided, through to the follow-up he did, we have been extremely happy with the product and services delivered.
