We postponed our decision to try residential treatment for many years out of fear, but I wish we would have known about Sunol Hills at Ridgeview sooner. The location is peaceful and safe and feels like a home, but most of all, it just has an amazing staff. First i want to give a huge shout out to my Monica my therapist. She is just a wonderful most carrying, supportive and kind therapist ever. She has helped me so much getting through my most tough days and getting to this day i wouldn't been able to do it with out her. I would also want to thank all the staff for helping me from my first day to my last day. They are all great and so easy to talk to. Thank you Sunol hills for such a wonderful experience i couldn't have done it with out all the support.

I’m extremely grateful for the experience my daughter had at Sunol Hills Ridgeview. The staff was always pleasant and focused on helping get my daughter into a healthy state. I’d like to extend a TREMENDOUS THANK YOU to Monica who played a critical role in drastically improving how my daughter is able to navigate her challenges. First and foremost Parked the RD was very helpful in helping me with all my needs as far as nutrition as well as the exposure we got was well needed and helped me very much. I never felt stuck in the house because we got to go on exposure outings. My therapist Katelyn was really great and understanding and helped me a lot along with all of the other staff. I highly recommend them. For nursing, they didnt just hand out medications, they were helpful, understanding and provided a safe place.

I’m only giving Ridgeview 1 star because of the therapist Monica Moore. I can’t even begin to describe how much she traumatized me. She is a bully who doesn’t care about helping you she just wants to get her way and always be right. If you disagree with her she gets angry and will take away your privileges. She will say she is on your “team” but that’s not true. She will lie to you, your outside providers and your family.
