The therapist, Monica, is an astute and able practitioner who has done wonders for our daughter’s eating disorder. She arms her patients with knowledge, fosters true growth and self reflection, and provides her patients with concrete skills to effectively combat their eating disorders. I highly recommend her.
My experience at Ridgeview was great from pretty much my first day. I had to quickly understand how things run here, and I had to surrender control and power to my team. Although difficult, this allowed me to be able to make great progress in my recovery and be open to different possibilities. What I like best about the program is getting to know the clients the MHRW’s, my ED doctor, my nurses, my dietitian and my therapist, Monica. My illness brought me to Sunol. I am leaving here with gratitude and appreciation, coping skills, and managing my illness and the confidence to maintain my recovery. THANK YOU SUNOL PROJECT TEAM!!! YOU’RE THE BEST!!!!!
