I went in to get my car's brakes replaced. They told me the part was ordered and that they’d call me on Monday. Monday came but—no call. When I called they had no idea what I was talking about.I told them to forget it! Then they called me twice, saying the part would arrive in 20 minutes and asked me to come back by 4 PM.
