Terrible service. I came here for a state inspection and the guy told me to come back 30 minutes later which I did. When I returned, I explain this to a different person. He was so rude to me and told me if I wanted an inspection to come back in an hour. A note to businesses that think customer service does not matter...it does; and will come back to bite you when the economy slows down.
If you need yur inspection done quick. This is the spot you go to. As long as there's no lights on the dash. 15mins and yur done. In and out service.
Fui el viernes 11/8/24 hace una inspección a ese lugar y según el encargado mi limpia parabrisas no pasaban la inspección que me quitaba $100 dólares por cambiarlo claramente le dije que no ya que no era verdad que estaba dañado sólo querían robarme como me vieron mujer y sola , fui el día de hoy a otra lugar en cranston y mi guagua pasó la inspección sin ningún problema , no le recomiende este lugar para nada y menos si eres mujer y va sola
