I brought my car in for a routine state inspection and was told it failed due to multiple "issues" that seemed suspicious. The mechanic immediately offered to fix them for an outrageously high price. I took the car for a second opinion elsewhere and was told there was nothing wrong and it passed inspection with no problems. Terrible service. I came here for a state inspection and the guy told me to come back 30 minutes later which I did. When I returned, I explain this to a different person. He was so rude to me and told me if I wanted an inspection to come back in an hour. A note to businesses that think customer service does not matter...it does; and will come back to bite you when the economy slows down.
