Attendant needs to be trained to understand English and communicate better. The pump gave a message that his card was not read and he couldn’t understand that. Kept saying that I have no money in the card and started screaming while I left.
Top notch gas attendants but lazy managers like Melvin marks lol
Never had a problem getting my tank filled til today. I see the employee manhandling my gas cap to get it to open. I’m confused since my cap opens easily with a simple twist. When it’s time to close it, suddenly the cap can’t be closed unless you push hard and twist it a bunch of times. ITS SUPPOSED TO CLOSE WITH TWO TWISTS. The employee immediately gets defensive saying it was already like that. I pumped gas the day before with no problem. I go to the manager to see what can be done to fix this but he’s just as useless.
