I trust this place. Bring my car for oil change. Staff are friendly and do a great job.
Today, I had a truly disappointing experience at this once-reputable repair shop. I went for an oil change and had them inspect and hoped to replace critical front-end parts. As I watched the mechanic drain my old oil, I noticed he didn’t remove my old oil filter. Instead, he reused it. When I inquired about the oil filter change, he instructed his coworker to have me wait in the work area. I’d give these idiots a 0 star if I could. At first everything seemed good, went in for an oil change, and seemed like they did it well. Soon after, there was engine oil leaking from under the engine, which raised concern. Taking a look under the car, the oil filter was cracked, due to over tightening. These idiots over tightened the filter so much to the point that the actual filter was cracking (mind you this was a brand new motor craft oil filter) and the cracking causing a hole for the oil leakage.
