Zero urgency.. sitting here at the pump for almost 15 minutes before anyone even came.. and of course, you need an "Attendant Card" to put it yourself... Total BS. I get the whole thing about giving people jobs, but it should be optional.. If the people working there can't do their jobs than why should I be restricted and have no other option but to wait for them to have the time to help me..? Just a huge waste of time in my eyes..
Not only did the guy try to overfill the tank after it clicks which i quickly told him "that's good" i don't find out till the next afternoon on my way home from work that he didn't even screw the gas cap on, just left it in there... every light lit up on the car, luckily i have half a brain and was able to reset it on my own. real all stars working here. i would've prefered to just run out of gas, would've caused me less stress. thank god i live in NY and can pump my gas on my own so i know something as simple as that is do... read more
