The practice of seeing an immediate inspection fail and not pointing it out to the customer along with the stores policies and options of whether or not they want to proceed seems grossly indecent and shady.There's policies and practices and then there's courtesy and decency. i was quoted at a thousand dollars to fix my car, when i went to pick it up i was charged just under 1500.00. they charged me for fixing things that i told them had already been checked or fixed but since i didnt get the quote in writing i had to pay it to get my car back.
