They were great to get Grace booked in quickly for the surgery. Staff was very friendly! Answered all my questions about the surgery. Arranged for all female staff for surgery as my dog doesn’t like men. Checked in after the surgery several times. The vet tech that cared for her was amazing! My only blip was the texting was sometimes answered by multiple people which made it a bit confusing. Ashley was very great with checking in though. Once our cat was diagnosed with cancer, the clinic’s attitude changed right away. They asked less about her condition, were slow to reconsider treatment, and even made medication dosage mistakes. Before the terminal diagnosis everything was fine. The reception staff were always kind and helpful, but overall, this clinic did not feel like a place where seriously ill animals receive the care and attention they need. If I ever have another pet, I would not use this clinic again.
Nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic and all the staff. Professional, Compassionate and practical. They truly want to do the best they can for the animals they care for a price that is fair. 5 stars ++++
I have been there twice with my dog. Both times I was very happy with her care and how treatment was handled. Jayla is waiting for an appointment for a hernia operation now. Her mom is not looking forward to it, but will be relieved once it is done.
