I recently had to have my ID.4 towed to Sunnyvale VW due to some brake situation that was odd. Wouldn’t let me release the emergency brake. Had a great service experience here - fast, easy, and great customer service. Used to go to the Boardwalk VW and will always be coming back here in the future.
Took my car in for a 40k service and asked them to check one of my rear tires because it was losing pressure. They told me they didn’t find any punctures. I later took my car to another auto repair shop, and they immediately found a nail in the tire. Disappointing experience. Be aware of this place, as they didn’t do a thorough job.
This is exactly the kind of dealership experience I expected — simple, straightforward, and professional. The intake process was smooth, with no sleazy upsells or unnecessary drama. Just honest, friendly service from start to finish. Thanks Doug! A huge bonus I didn’t expect: they provide a $10 Lyft credit each way to get you back to the office. That alone shows they actually care about customer convenience. Truly amazing. Sunnyvale VW restored my faith in dealership service. There is still hope after all.
