Don't go to this service center without someone who knows cars, and make sure you advocate for yourself. They will try to take advantage of you at every chance. My first time ever going to a dealership for repairs, because the repair potentially was under warranty While they did fix the issue I was in for initially- the diagnostic they did was heinous. Citlally, a young lady, was my advisor, she was very kind and professional,also, they wash your car when completing the service, I recommend this place.
Stay away from these guys. I gave my car for check engine light but they gave my car with check engine light, EPC and broken bulb warning. There are no trained mechanics in this service center. My suggestion is don’t even buy any Volkswagen Car.
