Excellent Service – Hi, This is Srini.I recently went to India.I booked my flight ticket with this travels.They treat the customers very well.They give the reply's to customer questions very quickly.One of the representative in this travels her name is Sanober.Even I was in India she helps me to postpone my flight schedule.She respond's very quickly.Fares also very reasonable.Over all my experience with this travels is Excellent.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! – I was subjected to unacceptable service and treatment by them. I wanted to book my international tickets through them on a specific date and was told they will be able to do it for me. I kept sending them almost daily reminders given that the ticket prices on the dates i was planning on travelling was very expensive. Very very horrible and ruthless people... – I really support Arun's comment. They really don't care about the customers. All that they want you to do is just accept/purchase what ever tickets they choose. Don't ask for different dates, what ever is available with them is good and the customer is forced to purchase if not they treat us very bad... I would rather get an online ticket instead of going with these weirdos... I would not even give one star, but giving one star so the folks who ever read this review shouldn't think... read more
I agree with these onn star reviews... – It actually happend to me very recently.. Don't ever talk to Karishna from this agency, she doesn't know how to talk to customers and will never understand our needs. I would never go to this agency again, what a bad experience I had :(
Very bad agency... :( – These guyz are so insane.. :( Last month I had to visit India and was looking the deals with couple of other agencies too. I guess we have right to look for cheap airfares and the airlines we like. But according to this agency, we are not supposed to go through any other agency and what ever they say is the final tciket :( so unfortunate.. Horrible customer service – They do not care about their customers. Better if avoided

Bad servcie - Sunnyvale Travel – The initial service is OK for getting tickets. When it comes to changing dates on tickets after it is ticketed Sunnyvale travel is not helpful. Any agent is good till we pay momey for ticket. They all can give the deal. When it comes to service afterwards they are very poor which is what counts
Good Service – Their service is very good, prompt and polite. They are also very professional and are able to get you good value for your money.
