We lived here for around 4 years (2020, 2022-2025) and really enjoyed living here for the convenient location and great management. Some pros that stand out: - Very responsive and friendly management. They always email me back right away. - Maintenance requests get addressed promptly (usually within a day) - Convenient location next to Central Expressway, <10 min walking distance to Downtown Sunnyvale and the Caltrain - Ample guest parking spots - Beautiful landscaping that is constantly being updated
Move-in process was easy, apartment was ready and looked amazing. Maintenance also responded same day to my work order and fixed the problem with ease.
After 3.5 years living here I am extremely disappointed with this apartment complex. Old house that has lots of major problems and no one is there to even answer you, the kitchen sink was clogged and I was just calling them 3 days constantly but nobody answered my call. There are lots of Cockroach live in the unit, not a safe place to live as my bike was stolen from my patio. Despite moving out of my unit in perfect condition and having it professionally deep-cleaned, they still charged me $210 for cleaning fees even though ... read more
