This is not for the living experience, but the unkind and rude management. I have reserved a tour, I double checked with schedule the day before the tour. On the day I visited the leasing office but they closed the door. Nobody reponded when I knock the door multiple times. I was waited in front of the door, trying to send message, call and email. Review of Management Experience I have lived in this apartment community for over six years and have experienced several changes in resident management during that time. Unfortunately, the most recent management transition has resulted in a very disappointing experience. In November of last year, a neighboring unit had a hot water pipe burst, which caused damage to parts of my apartment. Be aware, Hidden bills for which they don't even clean and provide. worst.
Hidden charges for water and sewage. They wouldnt let you know prior. Not worth it for sure.
