After 3.5 years living here I am extremely disappointed with this apartment complex. Old house that has lots of major problems and no one is there to even answer you, the kitchen sink was clogged and I was just calling them 3 days constantly but nobody answered my call. There are lots of Cockroach live in the unit, not a safe place to live as my bike was stolen from my patio. Old and moldy apartments. Plumbing issues. They will try to keep as much of your deposit as possible. Spending 2k+ here is honestly not worth it.

This is an ungated community; I had strangers/ homeless people knocking on my door multiple times asking for money (not a safe community) Car's break-in and park in my designated parking spot, facility manager didn't do anything. I hired a cleaning service to clean before moving out, yet they charged me unjustified cleaning fees (don't expect to receive your deposit money back)
