I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Today, I arrived 20 minutes before closing time (they close at 7:00 PM and I was there at 6:40 PM) for my scheduled physiotherapy session. Despite being on time, I was told I was “late” and was denied treatment. I was in severe pain in my legs and explained that I work in Manhattan, and without treatment, I wouldn’t be able to go to work. The whole staff is the best Zen, John, and kamelia they are more but these are who i worked with . I tore my meniscus and i worked closely with Zen and she is absolutely amazing surgery was done march 18th and my goal was to be able to walk with out crutches and a can for may 10th. Zen without a doubt got me to walk without any assistance from a can or crutches truly grateful.
