I'm disappointed as I really liked the healthcare providers here. I felt so much better after my first appointment. I was well-taken care of. There seems to be a disconnect and lack of follow-up with the administration at this practice. I had a first appointment on a Monday and a second on a Friday. Monday everything went well. I arrived the following Friday as soon as the doors opened. I was the first patient there and the person at the front desk informed me that they tried verifying my insurance but couldn't. Love this place, and amazing 🤩 staff and I thank them everyday for their wonderful work. They are caring, perfessional and they always lend an ear whenever you need help or advice. Lastly they treat you like family, which is a major plus to me always. I strongly recommend anyway who comes for physical therapy to come here definitely. Thanks again everyone.
Sunnyvale Thank You. The staff makes sure to look at your record and after makes sure they are watching and adjusting what they do based on your body responses . Zen I cannot thank You enough. You explained what was going on and every visit is one step toward walking without pain. Sunnyvale staff stays with you and if you are doing something they make sure it's done correctly . Look no further Sunnyvale is where you should be if you need PT.
All of the PT’s work together with the patients, in a sort of rotating type of way. They all make you feel welcomed and notice your progress throughout your sessions. Zen is primarily my PT. She is such a ray of sunshine that really pushes for your recovery giving you exercises/stretches to do at home. I am currently suffering from knee pain, but with Zen’s “hip hinch” I no longer suffer from discomfort ascending stairs.
