I have to complain to Workers Compensation just to get my medical records!
This is how you get a Workers Compensation Case closed. When you have people working with your employer to sign a paper that isn't filled. The treatment code doesn't even match my injury! I was told that I had to sign it or they won't continue therapy. To top it off, the receptionist didn't even tell me that my therapist wasn't going to show up.
My experience with Sunnyvale was incredible. From my first intake to my discharge, I had nothing but pleasant experiences. Even when things got very busy, all of the PT’s and desk staff were helpful and friendly. My level of care never faltered! This place got me walking again after a serious motorcycle accident and for that I am forever grateful. Zen was my therapist and I am so lucky to have met them and been in their care. Service is astonishingly bad. The front desk is generally unhelpful at best and openly antagonistic at worst. I took my script to another location. Joni and Alex are great, but the front desk is the worst of any physical therapy location I have ever been. They do nothing, demand Byzantine requirements for the scripts that doctors send them so that they don’t have to actually talk to insurance companies, refuse to answer the office phone for days, and treat themselves as more important than the physical therapists that work a... read more
