I had a terrific experience here today. I went in to discuss some upcoming travel to Kenya, and Dr. Thompson was very detail oriented and thoughtful with his consult. He took the time to annotate in my file a bunch of immunization records I brought, and also took the time to consult on another trip for later in the summer. The nurse who gave the shot was also awesome, taking the time to help me understand how to take the oral typhoid medication carefully. I was really impressed.

Very poor customer service. I was on time for my appointment but late to check in apparently because there was a line. therefore i was over 1 hour delayed to be seen, to the point where I couldn’t wait anymore. They told me to reschedule if i cannot wait for another “minute”. Now I understand the low star rating on yelp. I just rescheduled to a neighboring travel clinic (passport health) which not only it was much faster and kinder but also cheaper and they have ancillary services such as applying for visas.

Doctor gave me the wrong information and I had to go to another clinic for further treatment. Doctor said 3 times that they are going to return my phone calls but never did.
