I bought my 2025 Ford Raptor to this dealership a few months ago. The dealership team are very friendly and easy to deal with. They made me one of the proud owner of Ford Raptor. Until I got my first two recall service. The first time was awesome. The second time was an absolute nightmare. The guy (Silverio) who handled my truck, easily made it looked like an old truck for just 6 days. I bought a fuel line 70% more than other dealer from parts , I had a question how much is the pressure in this hose, the service advisor Thiago Gaetano told come tomorrow, I came at 4 pm , he said you you came late , come tomorrow again! I said you can write my phone number and call me , it’s just simple 30 second question . He said no , we don’t ! I said where is your customer service , logic of communication, you look like living in African countries with low level of communication.
Do not recommend going there! Messed up the car and then when i requested to get it fixed , gave me a booking slot for 4th day.
Only appointment with no service cost $320 dlls. It’s all about money in this place. Ford lose the personal and professional customer service with this place.
