This is the third time we've used Ford's Service for our Mach EV and the experience was truly outstanding all the way through. It's a great team of people who really care about their customers. They communicated what needed to be done, clearly and consistently, offered to pick-up and delivery of our car at no cost plus washed the outside! It was so convenient and stress free. In all our years of owning a car, we've never had service that comes close to Ford Sunnyvale.

I received great service here. The staff was more than pleasant and fixed my car issue in a very diligent timely manner. I would highly recommend this specific repair shop, not just because their efficiency but also because of their courtesy.

I am submitting this complaint regarding inconsistent pricing, poor communication, and lack of accountability by this dealership’s service department. During a previous oil change for the same business vehicle, I informed the dealership of a competitor’s price. I was explicitly told they would beat that price to earn my business, and I was charged a lower amount. At that time, I was also told that I could continue bringing the vehicle back at the same price, since this is a business vehicle that requires monthly oil changes.... read more

My 2025 Ford Mustang was scheduled for service for an important safety recall. The inspection and repair for this recall was coordinated by Thiago Caetano and, because I didn't have another car, the automobile was picked up and delivered back to me. The whole experience from top to bottom was seamless. Julio picked up the car on time and took great care in covering the driver's seat and carpet prior to getting in my car.
