My car did not start so I towed it to this service cenrer. They quoted me $310 to complete the diagnostics on my car. After a few days they called me and said they need to charge me more to finish the diagnostics. The $310 was supposed to be a flat fee which I confirmed with multiple employees. But later they are saying they need more time to diagnose the issue. If you offer a service at a set price, it should not matter to the customer how long it takes you. I have been service there for 2+ years and Allan was the best service advisor. I recently had to tow my car in. I called the next morning and was told my service advisor was Mike. He called me early afternoon to say my transmission was dead and it is cheaper to buy a new car. So brusque about it. Just wanted off the phone. I asked him a question about the recalls and he said he would check with technicians and call me back. That was at 2:00 on Wednesday. No call. I called the next morning at 11 and got his voicemail. After 8 years of loyal service, I will never bring my vehicle back here again. My recent experience revealed a frightening lack of quality control and a complete disregard for customer service. After a regular service, my car was returned to me with the undercarriage not secured. It’s clear there is no final quality check being performed before vehicles are handed back to owners, which is a red flag. Terrible service center. I took my car in which was legally covered under the transmissions 150k California warranty, and the staff had no idea about it. They refused service, and told me the manager is in a "2 hour meeting, so you're free to wait in the lobby if you want" Take your car to another service center, and avoid this place, for both future cars and your present one.
