Brought my car in for a recall service. When I got it back there was a burn on the passenger side seat. I let them know and they said they would take care of it. When I brought it back in they kept my car for 4 hours, and then said they wouldn’t fix it because I couldn’t prove that it was them.
I had an excellent experience with my recent car service! The person assisting me Tristan was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail. I really appreciated the effort he put into making sure I understood what was going on with my car. Not only was he knowledgeable, but his positive energy made the whole process so much better. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers, and that made a huge difference. Highly recommend!
