I hope I get a free session for this...haha Ok so I just want to share how my experience at Sunnyvale Fitness has been. It's been 4 months so far and I've accelerated in my performance. My endurance is way up. I manage to cut my half marathon time by 25 minutes. I thought I was going to lose my muscle mass but I was able to keep it and still gain strength.
