The staff are outstanding. All of them. They are efficient, kind & caring. This makes it easy for Dr. Monzavi to focus on the care of his patients. He gently explains everything he's doing throughout the procedure. As for efficiency: I was in/out in exactly an hour. I highly recommend him.
My dentist recommended Sunnyvale Endodontics for a root canal. I have a lot of anxiety about all dental activity. Dr. Monzavi explained what needed to be done based on the X-rays they took. I came a week later and had a pain free root canal. Dr. Monzavi talked me through the procedure constantly checking if I was ok. I was referred to this office by my dentist to treat a severe infection and I'm so glad I was. Dr. Monzavi is knowledgable, kind, and efficient. He took the time to explain the process and make sure my questions were fully answered. All of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful as well, they checked up on me to make sure I received the prescription for my pain medications. I would give Dr. Monzavi a 10-star rating! Scheduling an appointment with him is easy, and he is both highly skilled and knowledgeable. I also want to compliment the dental assistant and the front desk staff—they are friendly and efficient. The office is very accessible, as they can be reached via email, text, and phone. Additionally, the office manager, Madison, is incredibly hardworking and helpful. She handled my insurance claim quickly and even refunded me when my insurance covered more than expected.
