They usually keep you waiting for a long time (30+ mins), which is so annoying because they mess up with your schedule if you have something else to do that day. It’s been 4 times that I had to miss or reschedule some other appointments. Also the Invisalign technician was not knowledgeable enough on my issue. That’s frustrating because it has been delaying my treatment.
