Our salesman, Sael, was extremely knowledgeable about the car we were interested in—he explained the technical features and warranty details clearly and thoroughly. The manager who handled the paperwork was also efficient and precise. Since we finalized the sale after hours, Sael kindly invited us back the next day for a complimentary detailing, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and very positive car-buying experience.
I purchased this car in cash 2-3 months ago and have yet to revceive the titel. the temporary plates are nearing expiration and nobody at the dealership in the finance department will take my call

My rating is for the customer service- terrible communication through the service Department. I have had Jeeps for over 20 years and when I come here it is always the same- at least as far back as ai can remember. When ai call, I can never get through in person to a service advisor. I recently left my Jeep here for a recall fix. I tried numerous times to get through to someone. No luck. Figured I just had to wait for their eventual call. It’s difficult to reach the service on the phone and so called “text” can only receive and but cannot reply. Also, no curtesy car is inconvenient for me who had to keep car in recall repair for two days
