This was a good visit. Thank you Reyes Portillo. Overall, excellent service. Level set expectations and expectations were met. My truck always runs a little smoother when I visit the Dodge Service team. I went in for an oil change and had my 80K mi service. They took care of a recall and even fixed my cracked windshield (cheaper than Safelite may I add). They had to keep my truck longer than expected, but we made it work. I was waiting until everything was sqaured away to do a review, I can't seem to even have that. Siel is a good kid but they guy above him who was "helping" him is very pushy and rude. I almost walked out. After the sale was made he didn't speak to us the rest of the night, only Siel did. Once your off the lot and not a customer, don't expect anything at all. I called 6 times to check on my license plates and never once got a call back. They also lied about the mileage, it was advertised in would get 25mpg to 30 on freeways. ... read more
