Horrible experience, What’s delayed over three hours just getting out the door price for a cash sale on a 2024 truck. Made Arrangements to sign at opening(9am) But no finance came in..Was then told to come back at 10:30 and it would only take a couple minutes…. Finance guy didn’t show up till noon. Waste of my time…. Told them I would not step foot in the establishment again.

Overall pretty smooth
Very disappointed. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I noticed that they didn't even bother with the tire rotation. Got the oil change. On my way home the low oil pressure sensor went off. Had to drive back to the dealer. The technician for got to place the oil cover back. Had to wait to get a new oil change. It could have caused major engine damage if i had listen to the phone representative when he told me it's OK to drive it like that. That the oil pressure will build up
