Met a friend here for exchanging something and thought of getting gas here the guy came screaming that we can not give anybody anything on his premises because it could be drug or stolen items. It was just toys though in open paper bags that we showed to him but he kept yelling threatening to call the cops and did not allow her to give the bag to me. Never stopping here for anything ever again. The old guy is just out of hus mind.

Same canned and dismissive response to dissatisfied customers. Every business faces challenges but to blame government for your inexperience in properly managing a business and directing your employees is certainly not the customer's fault. We are simply asking you to clean our vehicles for which your excuses serve no purpose.
In fact, I don't even want to give it one star.！I told the person 4 times ！！！that I wanted everything cleaned and EVERYTHING ！！！that was not cleaned and it cost me $90 and the person said no problem and look how I was treated and it was done in 12 minutes even after I told them 4 times and still the same result. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to have their car washed here even for a simple exterior wash！！！
I came here today to get my car washed and specifically asked them to clean off some bird droppings. They said “ok,” but at the end they didn’t clean it properly. When I asked about it, they said it would cost extra. On top of that, they didn’t even dry the car after washing. When I politely asked them to dry it, they ignored me completely and said I was being too demanding. Very disappointing experience and poor service.
