Always a great experience! Great people to deal with!
Eddie always answers the phone when I call for parts for my sled. He usually has the parts waiting, if I call ahead of time. Hes a busy man, so ya better talk fast. Honest guy that will go out of his way to find what you need - big or small .
Called for some used parts got Nothing but an impatient person rudely trying to get me off the phone and being disrespectful when I was asking questions and trying to figure out what we needed. Highly recommend going to arts snowmobile over these jerks! If you don’t have the time to help your lifetime customers then don’t do it. You guys make working on older sleds a lot worse when you can’t do what you offer! Terrible customer service!!!
