Horrible tire shop. Rude and disrespectful. Tires are an important part of having a safe vehicle and refusing to even double check your shops work could cause serious injury or death. Shame on you
After having a rotation and balance two weeks ago I noticed my rr tire had extreme wear and cupping to where the tire wasn't meeting the road on a revolution. I stopped in and the owner came out and got extremely defensive as I'd I was trying to get hum to buy me new tires telling me my suspension is shot without even looking at it. While there for balance and rotation his team assured me everything was tight and I knew it was as I am a mechanic for over Tewo decades myself. Always great customer service and they always take time to answer any questions that I have.
I wish I could add a ten star review for these guys! They went above and beyond to get my serpentine belt replaced on my car. It was late, freezing out, and I had a long trip ahead of me. They stayed late and made sure that they could get me on my way safely. Thank you so much, I'm so grateful for the amazing crew at Greene's Point S!
Went in for a battery change after it was tested the day prior saying it needed replaced not good anymore. Got the battery replaced upon pick I get told so, "we broke the part that attaches to the battery in half and for your make and model of the car only Honda has it and your looking at about $40. Not happy that a part that was whole (prior to their service) was broken by their employee. To be told I have to pay to have it replaced. Ridiculous won't be going back
