While the medical staff are all very professional and helpful, trying to get an appointment or talk to anyone is near impossible. Web site totally useless and long waits on the phone with unhelpful and repetitive menus. Ended up booking my flu jab with the pharmacy.
Refused a repeat prescription on a minor skin condition over the phone. Wanted photographs via app then still had to make another appointment to see DR. 60 secs with Dr, quick glance just like the photos would have shown ‘oh yeah no probs I’ll repeat prescription’ complete waste of everyone’s time yet they happily moan their overworked.
Utter shambles. Comunication between departments is terrible. Its so bad I think it could be dangerous in certain circumstances!
** Edit to add** When I was pregnant I had server bleeding. The midwives gave me some urgent prescriptions. I HAND DELIVERED them myself to the practice only to find out a couple of days later they had lost them. I then had another prescription and after complaining to them they said they will make sure they get this one.... guess what... they lost this prescription too!! No joke!!! The practice manager even assured me they had it after I handed it to them and called to check they got ot in the system. Absolute joke! *** Imp... read more
