I had a good experience overall. I called and left a message on Sunday and was able to get an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, which I appreciated. The technician diagnosed an issue with the drain pipe and installed a new one. He was friendly, professional, and communicated well throughout the process, explaining what he was doing. The service was solid and everything was handled efficiently.
We couldn’t be happier with the team at Sunnyside Plumbing. We’re in the middle of a kitchen remodel, and they’ve been fantastic from start to finish. During an initial quote, they flagged that our nearly 30-year-old water heater was overdue for replacement, and sure enough, they were right. Fast service, professional. They had everything and left the job spotless. Had them install new kitchen faucet, had to redo a funky drain system done by someone else. My drains have never worked so well
They installed Adrain and shower in my basement. The shower looks nice. They did a nice, neat job! I’m very pleased .
