If you are a luxury person or family then this is mot the place for you. Don't come and give a horrible review. It is for down to earth nature friendly people. The rooms have what you need, beautiful view, comfortable calm atmosphere. The owner is a wonderful and friendly person. Goes over and above to help accommodate your needs. We love it!
Sunny side is in the center of the lake so you can find good fishing in eather detections. Rooms are in a state of up dating but are good enough for a stay to fish and enjoy the lake.
Tim Watson is awesome! We enjoyed our stay and he sent help out on Black Lake to tow us in when our motor stopped! Great location, awesome people. Thank you Tim. ♡
The perfect getaway from anywhere, we enjoyed our family time immensely! A cooler and relaxing escape from the Myrtle Beach summer heat. Fishing is outstanding for all levels! Tim is a gracious host, always friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
