Was just planning to be here a month for work and really felt at home so here I'm a year later great neighbors very friendly everybody kind of looks out for each other plus the lake is nice see ducks sand cranes so a small Gators but was a while back really great environment all was clean

Loved it here.
It's ok but real strict on u making the place a home it seems like like if u have to much stuff outside or is an eye soar and they don't like it they will harass you and threaten u with eviction until u change it plus the manager is real nosie but it then that typical trailer park Also expensive
